A return order must be made within 24 hours of receipt of all goods in the event of a defect . If the return conditions are met during the specified period, the value of the goods paid shall be refunded to customer or a replacement shall be offered in the case of the buyer’s desire, and the store bears the value of shipping charge.
If the customer received a piece and found to be different from the specifications of the item ordered, wardi.shop commits to replace the piece with the required specifications.
The buyer is responsible for ordering the correct measurements for the requested clothing. The store does not accept the return or replacement orders caused by incorrect measurement.
return and refund conditions
All returned items must be in a salable condition, with the original sticker, packaging and digital label. They must be in the original cover, not open or used.
If the buyer has found a defect item and did not communicate with the company within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, the company disclaims responsibility for these defects and is responsible for the return as the company assumes no responsibility in the event of loss of any of the main parts or damage resulting from the misuse of the product.
If the product was purchased in the specific period of the offer and the buyer wanted to return the product and the offer period ended, it will be returned with the same value of the purchase.
